DIRECTIONS

From Hwy 401, take the Leslie exit going South.  Proceed South on Leslie until you reach the stop lights at Lawrence Ave.  Go through the stop lights and turn right at the first driveway past the lights into the parking lot.

From the QEW take the Gardner Expressway East and take the Don valley Parkway North.  Turn left onto Lawrence Ave proceeding West to Leslie.  Turn left at the lights and turn right into the first driveway into the parking lot.

IMPORTANT:          Due to the limitations on the size of the venue priority

                                    is given to those vendors who participated in 2009, then on a

                                    first come first served basis.

Times:                          10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Place:                           Toronto Botanical Gardens 

                                    777 Lawrence Avenue East (at Leslie)

                                    Toronto ON.

                                    Directions:

                                    From Hwy 401, take the Leslie exit going South.  Proceed South

                                    on Leslie until you reach the stop lights at Lawrence Ave.  Go

                                    through the lights and turn right at the first driveway past the

                                    lights into the parking lot.

Fees:                            Tables are 10 feet long and 30 inches wide.

                                    Cost is 100.00 (Includes GST) per 10 ft table

Set up time:                  Set up time is 8:30 a.m. on the day of the fair. To be completed by

                                    9:30 a.m.

Lighting:                        The lighting is really good in this venue.  It has low ceilings and

                                    banks and banks of lights.  This eliminates the need to bring

                                    lighting to show off specimens.  If you need an electrical outlet

                                    for something else please let me know at the time of registration.

                                    You would need to bring your own extension cords.

Parking:                        Lots of free parking.

Food:                           At this time of the year there is no open snack facility at the

                                    gardens.  There is a Tim Horton’s across the road (at Esso station).

            A few blocks north on Leslie there is a plaza with other food 

            outlets.  We will supply coffee and tea for vendors.
